Cristián Rodríguez Chiffelle

The Director of InvestChile, Cristián Rodríguez Chiffelle, graduated from the University of Concepción School of Law in Chile, and holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) from Harvard Law School, a Master in Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government – where he was an Edward S. Mason Fellow – and an Executive Master in Global Leadership from the World Economic Forum.

Prior to his current appointment as Director of the Chilean government’s Foreign Investment Promotion Agency (InvestChile), he was Head of International Trade and Investment Policy at the World Economic Forum in Geneva, Switzerland.

Before that, he held several positions at Chile’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where he served as chief negotiator for environmental and sustainable development affairs at the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement (TPP), and as attorney with the services and investment department of the General Directorate for International Economic Affairs (DIRECON).
